Take one or two PhentarmineTM capsules on an empty stomach approximately a half-hour before breakfast and again one or two a half-hour before lunch. Because this product could cause sleeplessness, avoid taking a dose late in the day.

PRECAUCTIONS
Do not take if you have kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, swelling (edema) and certain types of medication allergies especially tartrazine.
